Cancellation Policy

At Gemstone Revival Day Spa, our goal is to provide a peaceful, relaxing, and professional environment for every guest.

To preserve the quality of each service and maintain a calm atmosphere, children and individuals not receiving services are not permitted in the spa unless medically necessary. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us ensure the best possible experience for all clients.

Because appointments are in high demand, each scheduled service time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all guests, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy below.

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

48 Hours Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

24 to 48 Hour Notice
Appointments canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.

Discounted Services
If your appointment was booked at a promotional or discounted rate, the 50 percent cancellation fee will be based on the original service price.

Within 24 Hours, Same Day Cancellations and No Shows
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service, canceled the same day, or missed without noticewill be charged 100 percent of the scheduled service fee.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no show, and the full service fee may apply. Late arrivals may also require the service to be shortened in order to respect the next guest’s scheduled appointment.

Repeated Rescheduling or Missed Appointments
Clients who accumulate three or more late cancellations, missed appointments, or repeated reschedules may have future booking privileges restricted or may be declined future services.

Refund Policy
All services and purchases are non refundable.

We value your time just as much as you value ours. In the rare event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will extend the same courtesy and respect.
