To maintain a peaceful, professional environment, children and individuals not receiving services are not permitted inside Gemstone Revival Day Spa unless medically necessary.

Please note: If you arrive with a child, you may be turned away and charged 100 percent of the scheduled service fee.

Our goal is to provide exceptional care in a timely manner. Due to high demand for appointments, we have implemented the following policies to ensure availability for all clients.

At the time of booking, a valid card is required to hold your appointment. Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.

• If your service was booked at a discounted or promotional rate, fees will be based on the original service price.

• Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

• Appointments may not be rescheduled within 4 hours of the scheduled service time and will be treated as a same day cancellation.

• Cancellations within 24 hours and all same day cancellations will be charged 100 percent of the service fee.

• No shows will be charged 100 percent of the service fee.

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no show and the full service fee may apply. Late arrivals may also require the service to be shortened in order to respect the next guest’s appointment.

• Clients with repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or excessive rescheduling may have future booking privileges restricted or declined.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Gemstone Revival Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason deemed necessary to protect our staff, guests, business operations, or spa environment.

If we are ever late or need to reschedule, we will extend the same courtesy and respect to you. Thank you for helping us maintain an efficient and fair scheduling process.
